- There is no requirement to upload your properties - Globrix uses a similar approach to Google and can index your properties directly from your website
- Estate agents get direct contact with people searching for properties - Globrix does not try and trap enquiries on its own site, as other sites do, but sends users straight through to the agent's site. Consumers get to interact with the estate agent's brand rather than someone else's.
- We offer an alternative to paying for Rightmove and other property sites. Most property sites have fewer than half the properties available on their website. Globrix has more than 740,000 properties for sale or rent in the UK (second only to Rightmove) and, once we have finished indexing all the UK estate agent sites in the next few weeks, we should have as near complete market coverage as possible, and be bigger than Rightmove in terms of number of properties.
